Key Man Insurance Policy
Vikki Claxton was my main point of contact at MacBeth whilst setting up Key Person cover for the CEO of a Medtech company. Excellent support in setting up our PMI scheme
We use Macbeth for our general insurance but have only recently moved our employee benefits provision to them. Saurav helped me set up our private medical scheme and was incredibly helpful and patient, despite our employees asking loads of questions. Everything was explained very clearly, the service couldn't have been better.

Initially we dealt with Rachael Clover who was brilliant; she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to us, and Rachael worked for our best interest, during a difficult time. What she did in our opinion could not have been improved. Unfortunately, even though Rachael did all she could our solicitor failed to complete, and we lost the purchase and finally the financing.
Simon Claxton took over from Rachael and he was equally as good and did all he could and finally against our solicitor's best efforts managed to secure the finance and purchase of our new home. He kept in touch and was very supportive. We are very gratefully and happy with the service we received.

Rachael was incredible. We couldn't have been luckier to have a financial adviser who was kind and easy to contact on any of her working days (and even when she was on holiday when we were waiting for an important reply from our eventual mortgage provider!) She explained everything simply and made the process incredibly easy for us and also managed to sort things when we encountered a small problem. She helped us with information which in hindsight our solicitor should have sorted and she did it without question. She managed to find us a great mortgage and a deal we could afford. We will continue to go back to Rachael over the coming years for our mortgage and for other financial help.

Rachael Glover was absolutely fabulous dealing with our new mortgage. She consistently kept us both informed of the progress and my estate agent was impressed by the speed of getting a mortgage offer as the vendor was a difficult character.
